Returns & Refunds

Do you accept returns?

Returns are accepted subject to terms and conditions:

  • You received the wrong items from the items you actually ordered.
  • You received a near expiry product, which would expire within three months. Unless, the product is bought on promo.
  • You received a delivery with missing items.

The return request should be filed within 2 days upon delivery by sending us an email at greatwellpharma@gmail.com with the subject: Return Order#

Please note that damaged boxes and seals due to delivery especially outside Metro Manila are not considered tampering and are not accepted for replacements.

How are refunds processed?

We believe in the quality of our products. However, returned products may also be fully refunded in the original form of payment. Do take note that shipping fees are non-refundable.

How to return the products? 

Unopened and unused products may be returned or exchanged. Please coordinate with our team directly for the retrieval of the products.
